Supportive Employment

Supportive employment includes an array of services designed to support an individual towards obtaining, maintaining or advance in competitive community integrated employment.

These programs include Pathway to Employment, Community Pre-Voc and SEMP. Ahivim has a dedicated job development team with highly trained professionals that will evaluate each individual and develop a unique employment plan tailored specifically toward the individual's goals along with providing him or her with the highest potentials to access and maintain competitive employment.
